Monarca T5

This day changed overall positions of top pilots. Day was very windy with lot of clouds making shade and for most of us it was not good. In the goal came just three pilots and now they will be the ones in the leed. I would say that there is no chance I ll catch the diference in points so the podium is lost.

Weather said lot of wind even 10ms and 100 percent cloud coverage int he afternoon with some rain drops so task was little bit shorter but still too long J. Start was standard 5km Exit around Piano and next TP 8km around SantaMaria and that was above Three kings. We went with cloudbases to first TP and climbed at Magey to go for Yovan over Mesa. It was windy and we pushed too much for conditions and ended low at Escalera so we ran to Casa Viyeja to climb. It was rough as it was lee side thermal but it drifted us to Yovan almost at cloudbase. Back was into the wind and we could not get height to make to Iglesia as it was all in shade. I got up behind La Torre 10 km from TP as I drifted low in 50 km wind gusts for 5 km just to get some height which I finaly did in one dust devil. Leading pilots got up earlier and went to Igleasia climbing over La Torre. I was at cloud base but it was not working for me and few other pilots so we got behind mesa in downdraft wind so we were gliding to TP in -4ms and 35 kmh wind. It was for us inpossibile to make it with total shade. Three pilots who made the goal did it earlier while it was still ok and better height. I landed on one field almost verticali in strong wind and strong sink with other pilots.
